REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 11-19-13 <br />Item No: 6 d. <br />Director Approval: Agenda Section: <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of transfer of staff service fees for October, <br /> November, and December 2013 (HF0123) <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for administrative <br />and staff services per contract requirements for October, November, and December 2013. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Administrative Services that was approved by the HRA on January 15, <br />2013 is for a total of $ 30,345. The fee is prorated monthly with a quarterly transfer of <br />funds after approval by the HRA. The total quarterly fee is $7,586.25. The fee is <br />transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund. <br />2.2The Contract for Housing Program Manager Services is for a total of $102,905 for 2013 <br />as approved by the HRA on January 15, 2013.The fee is prorated monthly with a <br />quarterly transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total quarterly fee is <br />$25,726.25. The fee is transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development <br />Fund of the City. <br />2.3The Contract for HRA Executive Director Services is for a total of $21,063 for 2013 as <br />approved by the HRA on January 15, 2013.
