EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 18th day of November, 2013, <br /> at 5:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe, and the <br /> following were absent: none. <br /> Councilmember Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11106 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> 3040 HAMLINE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on July 22, 2013, Dave <br /> Perkins Contracting, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the <br /> 3040 Hamline Avenue Utility Improvements contract. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br /> and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper <br /> order for the final payment of such contract,taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract <br /> shall commence on November 18, 2013. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: McGehee, Laliberte, Etten and Roe and the following voted against the same: none; <br /> and the following abstained: Willmus. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
