CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1458 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 314.05, FEE SCHEDULE <br /> ADOPTING THE 2014 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE HEREBY ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Purpose. The City of Roseville annually adopts a Fee Schedule which <br /> establishes the fees and charges for service for the City's regulatory functions. The presence of a <br /> fee schedule allows regulatory-type fees to be easily identified in one document, as opposed to <br /> being scattered throughout City Code. In addition, a fee schedule adopted on an annual basis <br /> provides the City Council the opportunity to review fees for services in a comprehensive manner. <br /> SECTION 2. Other Fee References <br /> By enacting this ordinance, all fee amounts previously established and contained herein are <br /> hereby amended as submitted. <br /> SECTION 3. Authority <br /> The authority to enact the fees identified herein is established by City Code. <br /> SECTION 4. Penalty <br /> Failure to pay the fees identified herein is subject to penalties and interest as established by City <br /> Code. <br /> SECTION 5. Fee Schedule <br /> The 2014 Fee Schedule is as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 6. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication. <br /> Passed this 18th day of November, 2013. <br />
