Member DeBenedet noted that the <br />441 <br />County Road B -2 pathway was retained as a #1 priority, but remaining monies <br />442 <br />were reallocated for internal park improvements. Given the concerns with safety <br />443 <br />and accessibility, Member DeBenedet opined that the shift had surprised him <br />444 <br />somewhat; since as those projects were originally developed, the earliest <br />445 <br />consideration would have been with safety and accessibility with ADA 23 <br />446 <br />mandating public facilities being accessible, with the City of Roseville currently <br />447 <br />way behind the curve in that aspect.
