Public Hearings <br /> a. Liquor License Transfer <br /> Finance Director Chris Miller briefly reviewed the purpose of tonight's Public <br /> Hearing regarding transfer of an off-sale liquor license from Network Liquors to <br /> Minnesota Fine Wines & Spirits, LLC operating under the name of Total Wine & <br /> More, and relocating that store to 2401 Fairview Avenue N, Suite 105; with a pro- <br /> jected opening in the spring of 2014.
