EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of November, <br /> 2013, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte; and Roe and <br /> the following were absent: none. <br /> Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11110 <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING APPLICATION FOR <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br /> 2013 CLEAN WATER FUND INFLOW& INFILTRATION (I&I) <br /> GRANT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, A SOLICITATION PROCESS FOR improvements to private wastewater <br /> collection systems to reduce the amount of inflow and infiltration to the Metropolitan <br /> Council's sanitary sewer disposal system is available to private property, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> that: <br /> The Roseville City Council adopts this resolution authorizing staff to apply for the <br /> Metropolitan Council Environmental Services 2013 Clean Water Fund I/I Grant program <br /> for improvements to private sanitary sewer infrastructure to reduce inflow and infiltration <br /> and names the Public Works Director as the City's designated authorized representative. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte; and Roe and the following voted against <br /> the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
