EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of November, <br /> 2013, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, and Roe the <br /> following were absent: none. <br /> Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11108 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2014 SCORE FUNDING GRANT <br /> FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement <br /> through its curbside recycling program, Clean Up Day, and Leaf Pick Up Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's waste abatement programs and minimize the <br /> cost to Roseville residents; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2014; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit <br /> a grant application to Ramsey County for a 2014 SCORE Funding Grant and that that <br /> grant will be used for Roseville's waste abatement programs. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Etten and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, and Roe and the following voted against <br /> the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
