Attachment E <br />PLANNING FILE 11 -024 <br />Request by City of Roseville for approval of VACATION of a remnant right -of -way <br />easement at 2305 Walnut Street <br />4 Chair Gisselquist opened the Public Hearing for Planning File 12 -024 at approximately 6:35 p.m. <br />E Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd summarized the request as detailed in Section 4 of the staff <br />6 report dated December 4, 2013; for proposed vacation of a small area of a right -of -way easement <br />7 that remains after iterative platting and vacating of surrounding property at 2305 Walnut Street, <br />at Terminal Road and County Road B -2, known as the Meritex property. <br />c Chair Gisselquist closed the Public Hearing at 6:3 8 p.m.; with no one appearing for or against. <br />16 MOTION <br />11 Member Stellmach moved, seconded by Member Cunningham to recommend to the City <br />12 Council APPROVAL of remnant right -of -way easement at 2305 Walnut Street; based on <br />1 the comments and findings of Sections 4 — 6 and the recommendation of Section 7 of the <br />1 staff report dated December 4, 2013. <br />15 Ayes: 6 <br />16 Nays: 0 <br />17 Motion carried. <br />18 City Council action on this item is scheduled for Monday, December 9, 2013. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
