The vacation applies only to that portion of Terminal Road legally described in Provision <br />35 1 above which was acquired by the City of Roseville pursuant to a deed filed in the office <br />36 of the Ramsey County Recorder as Document No. 1588417, and not: (a) to the rights of <br />37 existing utilities, if any, within the area vacated, or (b) any other easements running to or <br />38 benefitting the City of Roseville. <br />39 3. The City Manager is directed to record a notice of completion of these vacation <br />40 proceedings pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §412.851. <br />41 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />4Z Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: ; <br />.;+%i and voted against. <br />44 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
