The north 30.00 feet of the west 700.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, <br /> Township 29 North,Range 23 West,Ramsey County,Minnesota,which lies within 8.50 <br /> feet on each side of a line which is 377.50 feet east of and parallel to the west line of the <br /> Southwest Quarter of said Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 23 West. <br /> 2. The vacation applies only to that portion of Terminal Road legally described in Provision <br /> 1 above which was acquired by the City of Roseville pursuant to a deed filed in the office <br /> of the Ramsey County Recorder as Document No. 1588417, and not: (a)to the rights of <br /> existing utilities,if any,within the area vacated,or(b)any other easements running to or <br /> benefitting the City of Roseville. <br /> 3. The City Manager is directed to record a notice of completion of these vacation <br /> proceedings pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §412.851. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, <br /> Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe, and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
