City of <br /> R4SE VII 41 E <br /> Minnesota,USA <br /> Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Minutes City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> Monday, November 25, 2013 <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating Order: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe noted that staff requested removal of Agenda Item 13.d entitled, "Perform <br /> Abatement of Unresolved Violation, 1841 Draper," as the issue had been resolved. <br /> Councilmember Etten requested removal of Consent Item 7.f entitled, "2014 Council <br /> Calendar" for council discussion. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications,Reports and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe noted that local television station, KARE 11 would be holding a competition <br /> among its four news anchors at four different principle areas on November 26, 2013 from <br /> 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., to raise funds for Second Harvest. Mayor Roe advised that An- <br /> chor Julie Nelson would be at the local Byerly's Store in Roseville at County Road C and <br /> Snelling Avenue during those hours; and encouraged citizens to stop by and make a do- <br /> nation. <br /> Mayor Roe announced that City Hall was the collection site for holiday donations for the <br /> Fire Angels organization during normal weekday business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 <br /> p.m. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br /> 6. Approve Minutes <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council <br /> prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft present- <br /> ed in the Council packet. <br />
