City of Roseville — 2013 Budget <br />Tax Levy, Tax Capacity, and Tax Impact <br />The tax levy for 2013 is $1 7,269,826; an increase of $2,307,532 or 15.4 %. The increase in property <br />taxes is largely attributable to the higher debt service casts associated with the bonds used to finance the <br />construction of a new fire station and a park renewal program.
