Funding sources for the City's <br />Proprietary operations remain stable as the City's water and sewer customers continue their strong <br />presence. Utility rate increases enacted in 2012 and 2013 will result in significant increases in revenues. <br />significant portion of the revenues and expenditures are related to water consumption, which n turn is <br />heavily correlated with weather conditions.
