City of Roseville — 2013 Budget Division /Program: Police Investigations Organizational Responsibility: Chief of Police lb Division Program Description The Criminal Investigation Unit is responsible for the review, follow -up and case presentation to the County /City attorney on all criminal cases that are not resolved at the Department's Patrol Unit Level.
