City of Roseville — 2013 Budget <br />Based on the projected cost increases and added revenues, the cash reserve levels for operations m the <br />City's enterprise -type functions are depicted ix the following chart: <br />$560,000 <br />$520,000 <br />$4$0,000 <br />$440,000 <br />$400,000 <br />City of Roseville Enterprise Fund Cash Deserves - <br />Operatlons <br />2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 <br />Reserve levels set aside for operations, while declining, will remain sufficient for the foreseeable future. <br />Capital Investment <br />The 2012 -2021 CIP identified approximately $33.4 million in asset replacement needs including the <br />replacement of vehicles, water and sanitary sewer mains, stormwater wins and retention ponds, and <br />golf course improvements. Again, significant utility rate increases were implemented in 2012 with <br />further increases in 2013. Significant increases will also be needed in the Golf Course operations in the <br />next few years.
