<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of November, <br />2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and <br />Kysylyczyn, and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9835 <br />Designation of Signatories <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />that the following persons be designated official signatories for the City of <br />Roseville until a City Manager is employed at which time a new resolution <br />will be prepared and approved. <br /> <br />~ John Kysylyczyn, Mayor <br />~ Edward L. Burrell, Acting City Manager <br />~ Nick Ensrude, Acting Finance Director/Treasurer <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Goedeke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wi ski and Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the <br />same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
