<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of November 2000, at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Wiske, Goedeke, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn, and <br />the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9837 <br /> <br />A Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision at 1907 North Gluek Lane West <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brad and Jan Peterson have requested a minor subdivision oftheir parcel <br />located at 1907 North Gluek Lane West for the purpose of creating two single family residential <br />lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: Lot 6, Block 1, Midway Acres, City <br />of Rosevil/e County of Ramsey, Minnesota (PID # 092923340006); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said request will create two lots that meet all applicable requirements <br />(width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />ofRoseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a minor subdivision to <br />create two residential lots, both meeting the applicable R-l, Single Family Residential District <br />requirements, for property located at 1907 North Gluek Lane West be approved, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />A. The newly created lot must have a width of 1 00 feet and a depth of approximately 213.8 <br />feet. <br /> <br />B. The applicant must provide afive-foot wide utility and drainage easement adjacent each <br />property of both Parcel A and B. <br /> <br />C. The applicant must create a 15 foot wide private easement for the existing sanitary sewer <br />that crosses over the property li1'le (Parcel A to Parcel B) to protect the interest of the <br />existing home or the service can be relocated without the need for a private easement. <br /> <br />1 <br />
