They are also used as a means of encumbering budgeted funds for specific purposes. <br />Sale of Sur�lus Vehicles or Ec�ui�ment <br />Ciry Staff have identified surplus vehicles and equipment that have been replaced and/or are no longer <br />needed to deliver City programs and services. These surplus items will either be traded in on replacement <br />items or will be sold in a public auction or bid process.
