Cities are not required to seek bids each year, so staff requested quotes <br />from the newspapers for 2013-2015. Although the city may not designate a legal newspaper for more <br />than one calendar year, we can request information for multiple years. This reduces staff work load and <br />allows the city to project costs. <br />The city requested bids from the Pioneer Press, Roseville Review and Star Tribune. Only the Roseville <br />Review submitted a bid.
