All costs, including City <br />review costs, for preparation of an EAW shall be borne by the developer. The <br />developer shall deposit a sufficient cash deposit to cover the costs of the <br />preparation, review, and completion of the EAW4 <br />5) Developments approved prior to October 15, 2012 within the Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment Area are exempt fro this policy.
