<br />1. A strict application of the City Code would not work an unusual hardship on the applicant; <br />and <br /> <br />2. There are no unique physical features or building limitations preventing the applicant from <br />constructing a conforming shed and a separate playhouse without a variance; and <br /> <br />3. No hardship, as defined by State Statute or City Code, was described or is apparent on the <br />property; and <br /> <br />4. The granting of the variance will not significantly impact the health, safety or general welfare <br />of the community; it would create a precedent not in the best interest of the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota, after careful study and based on findings together with the recommendation from the <br />Planning Commission, hereby denies the request from Section 1004.01A6, by Natalija Ericksen, to <br />allow a 384 square foot shed on property located at 2376 Cohansey Street, City ofRoseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />\\ Victoria\CommDev\Planning Files\3272 _Ericksen, Natalija\Council Resolution.doc <br /> <br />2 <br />
