EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of January, <br /> 2014, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, McGehee, Roe and the <br /> following members were absent: Etten. <br /> Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11123 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> TWIN LAKES INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS- <br /> WALMART PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 22, 2013, New <br /> Look Contracting Inc., of Elk River, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the <br /> improvements associated with the Twin Lakes Infrastructure Improvements- Walmart <br /> project. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby <br /> accepted and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a <br /> proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; <br /> and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the <br /> contract shall commence on January 13, 2014. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, McGehee, Roe and the following voted against the same <br /> None. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
