<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of November, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wi ski and Kysylyczyn <br />, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9845 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REFERRING A ZONING TEXT CHANGE TO THE ROSEVILLE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, County of Ramsey that the Roseville <br />Planning Commission consider the following text change in the City's Zoning Code: <br /> <br />Zoning for business districts B-1 (Limited Business) and BIB (Limited Retail), would allow bingo halls <br />as a permitted conditional use and would include the restrictions required by the licensing of amusement <br />establishments. <br /> <br />Zoning for business districts B-2 Retail Business), B-3 (General Business), SC (Shopping Center), 1-1 <br />(Light Industrial), and 1-2 (General Industrial) would allow a bingo hall as a permitted use including the <br />restrictions required by the licensing of amusement establishments. <br /> <br />The uniform standards for parking, setbacks, joint facilities, etc, would be as outlined in the City Code and <br />considered for places of public assembly and other applicable conditions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Wiski and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
