309 <br />Chair Vanderwall responded, based on his perspective in managing transportation <br />310 <br />for School District 623, that County Road B was a bussed route. <br />311 <br />312 <br />From the audience (off microphone) Mr. Grefenberg responded that he heard <br />313 <br />otherwise from neighbors along County Road B. <br />314 <br />315 <br />Chair Vanderwall responded that, while often the "squeaky wheel got the grease," <br />316 <br />there may be other options to address this segment, and everyone was using the <br />317 <br />road at their choice, whether by vehicle, walking or bicycling; and noted that the <br />318 <br />charge to the PWETC was to rank the entire community based on safety concerns, <br />319 <br />along with other considerations. Chair Vanderwall opined that the traffic was <br />320 <br />basically residents from the neighborhood versus other segments listed that dealt <br />321 <br />with citywide and /or regional traffic without a current recourse. <br />322 <br />
