The polling place for Precinct 2 shall be <br />Parkview Center School, 701 County Road B West. <br /> <br />Precinct 3 <br /> <br />Precinct 3 consists of the portion of the City within a line <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection of Victoria street N. and <br />County Road B W., then northerly along Victoria street N. to <br />County Road B2 W., easterly along County Road B2 W. to Dale <br />Street N., northerly along Dale Street N. to Owasso Boulevard S., <br />northeasterly along Owasso Boulevard s. to Kent Street, <br />northwesterly along Kent Street with continuance on a line <br />parallel to Kent Street to the intersection of the western <br />boundary of Ramsey County Section 1 of Township 29, Range 23, <br />southwesterly along the south shore of Lake Owasso, continuing <br />northeasterly along the west shore of Lake Owasso to the northern <br />boundary of the City, westerly along the northern boundary of the <br />City with continuance on County Road D W. to Chatsworth Street, <br />southerly along Chatsworth Street with continuance on Lakeview <br />Avenue to Woodhill Drive, westerly along Woodhill Drive to <br />Lexington Avenue N., southerly along Lexington Avenue N. to <br />County Road B W., then easterly along County Road B W. to point <br />of origin.
