The polling location for Precinct 8 shall be <br />Har Mar Shopping Center, 2100 Snelling Avenue North. <br /> <br />Precinct 9 <br /> <br />Precinct 9 consists of the portion of the City wi thin a line <br />decribed as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection of Snelling Avenue N. and <br />Roselawn Avenue W., then northerly along Snelling Avenue N. to <br />Minnesota State Trunk Highway 36, westerly along Minnesota State <br />Trunk Highway 36 to Fairview Avenue N., northerly along Fairview <br />Avenue N. to County Road C W., westerly along County Road C W. to <br />the western boundary of the City, southerly along the western <br />boundary of the City to Ryan Avenue, easterly along Ryan Avenue <br />to Pleasant Street, southerly along Pleasant Street to Roselawn <br />Avenue W., then easterly along Roselawn Avenue W. to the point of <br />origin. The polling location for Precinct 9 shall be Fairview <br />Community Center, 1910 County Road B W. <br /> <br />Precinct 10 <br /> <br />Precinct 10 consists of the portion of the City within a line <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection of Snelling Avenue N. and <br />County Road C W., then northerly along Snelling Avenue N. to the <br />northern boundary of the City, westerly along the northern <br />boundary of the City with continuance on County Road D W. to <br />Highcrest Road, southerly along Highcrest Road with continuance <br />on the western boundary of the City to County Road C W., then <br />easterly on County Road C W. to the point of origin. The polling <br />location for Precinct 10 shall be Centenial United Methodist <br />Church, 1524 County Road C2 West. <br /> <br />and that additional voting equipment be acquired for the <br />addition of one polling place, the cost not to exceed $7,900, to <br />be funded from the contingency account, be authorized. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken theron, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, and <br />Thomas, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />- <br />
