<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Rose vi lIe, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 15th day of April, <br />2002, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn, and <br />the following were absent: Maschka. <br /> <br />Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9988 <br />Reestablishing Precinct Boundaries and Numbers <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council adopted resolution 8790 changing election <br />precinct boundaries; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Legislative District Reapportionment Plan necessitates changes in <br />precinct boundaries; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville remains entirely in the 4th Congressional District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville remains in Legislative District 54, but the line between <br />District 54A and 54B has been moved; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the precincts are renumbered; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 8790 hereby is rescinded. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville newly amended precinct plan <br />be adopted. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Kough, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn: and the following voted against the same: <br />none. <br />
