Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. Voting and Seating Order: Laliberte; McGehee; <br /> Willmus; Etten; and Roe. City Attorney Charles Bartholdi was also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe noted the removal of one license approval under Consent Agenda Item 7.b <br /> entitled, "Approve 2013 and 2014 Business and Other Licenses;" for Granite City Res- <br /> taurant Operations, Inc. for a Brew Pub off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License. Mayor Roe <br /> advised that this item would be taken under consideration under a new Action Item under <br /> agenda Item 13.d entitled, "Set Public Hearing to Consider Approving a Brew Pub Off- <br /> Sale Liquor License for Granite City located at 851 Rosedale Center #1005;" scheduled <br /> for Monday, January 27, 2014. <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Items 7.b and 7.k respectively <br /> entitled, "Approve Business & Other Licenses & Permits;" and "Authorize Seeking Do- <br /> nations for Various City Functions and Events." <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda was approved as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority (HRA) Report <br /> Mayor Roe announced several upcoming events that may be of interest to Roseville resi- <br /> dents, with additional information available at City Hall by phone, in person or on the <br /> website. Those events included: a Human Rights Commission-sponsored community <br /> conversation on immigrant experiences in Roseville; an Open House sponsored by Metro <br /> transit related to future rapid transit bus options from Rosedale to the 46th Street Station <br /> in Minneapolis. <br /> Councilmember Etten thanked community residents and City staff for their attendance <br /> and interaction the recent Karen New Year celebration held at Parkview School. <br />
