8.0SA <br />UGGESTEDCTION <br />Adopt Variance Board Resolution 100 <br />(attachment D)approving a to <br />VARIANCE <br />Section 1010.11.E.1 (Location) of the City Code to allow the construction/installation of <br />a freestanding sign no closer than 1 foot from the front property line of 1480 County <br />Road C, based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4 – 6 and the <br />recommendation in Section 7 of this report. <br />9.0NS <br />EXT TEPS <br />9.1The decision of the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
