City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1459 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF SECTION 205.01 <br /> (ESTABLISHMENT AND MEMBERSHIP) OF TITLE 2 "PUBLIC WORKS, <br /> ENVIRONMENT AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION" OF THE CITY <br /> CODE <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> The Roseville City Code, Title 2, Section 205.01 (ESTABLISHMENT AND MEMBERSHIP) is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> SECTION 1: Title 2, CHAPTER 205, SECTION 205.01 ESTABLISHMENT <br /> AND MEMBERSHIP: <br /> There is established a public works, environment, and transportation commission <br /> of the city which shall consist of five seven members appointed by the City <br /> Council. Members shall be residents of the city and appointed for three year <br /> staggered terms. Terms of the initial members will be established by the council at <br /> the time of their appointment. No member shall serve more than two full <br /> consecutive terms <br /> SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 27th day of January, 2014. <br />
