<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of December, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wi ski <br />and the following were absent: Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9852 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 9662 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City Council approved Resolution No. 9662 setting out the requirements for the Fire Relief <br />Association funding levels and benefit increase process. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Roseville Firefighter Relief Association, has found that completion of the study required <br />under the resolution has not been practicable and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City Council acknowledges the Association's request and staffs recommendation as <br />reasonable <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />Resolution 992 is amended to provide for new effective dates and Section 2. (iv) as follows: <br /> <br />Extend the study period one, with a new date of January 1,2002 <br />Extend the annual contribution period by one year with a new date of January 1,2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Maschka and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wi ski. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
