City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1460 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 105, SECTION 105.1 OF <br /> INDEMNIFICATION <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> The Roseville City Code, Title 1, Section 105.01 (INDEMNIFICATION: DEFINITIONS) is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> SECTION 1: 105.01: DEFINITIONS: <br /> 105.01: DEFINITIONS: <br /> For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions are stated: <br /> COMMISSION MEMBERS: All persons serving on a commission established by the <br /> City Council or by state law as a part of city government, including, but not limited to, <br /> .. . • : - •. . This also <br /> includes any member of a commission or other entity appointed or approved by the City <br /> Council, pursuant to a joint powers agreement with other governmental bodies. <br /> SECTION 2: Effective date.
