<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8th day of January <br />2001, at 6:30 p.m.. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Kysylyczyn, and <br />the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9853 <br /> <br />ANNUAL RESOLUTION REVISING AND UPDATING PERMIT FEES <br />AND MISCELLANEOUS FEES OF THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the City policy to charge user fees for requested special services <br />rather than support such services with property taxes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is also the City policy to keep current with the user fees charged <br />for permits and product fees within the Community Development Department by <br />annually reviewing and updating the fees and costs of services, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the year 2001 the Community Development Department will offer <br />services by providing property notification labels for properties within 350 feet of the <br />subject planning application. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of <br />Roseville that the following permit and miscellaneous fees for the Community <br />Development Department, City ofRoseville, are hereby approved and adopted by the <br />City Council this 8th day of January, 2001: <br />
