<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of January, <br />2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn, and <br />the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9855 <br />Designation of Depositories <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />that the following banks be designated official depositories for the City of <br />Roseville for 2001. <br /> <br />~ North American Banking Company <br />~ Bremer Bank <br />~ Firstar Bank ofRoseville <br />~ North Star Bank <br />~ Wells Fargo Bank <br />~ Premier Bank <br />~ Roseville Community Bank <br />~ St. Anthony Park State Bank <br />~ TCF National Bank <br />~ US Bank <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Goedeke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: <br />none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
