ORDINANCE 1278 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE THREE, SECTION 1103.07 <br />PARK DEDICATION <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />Section 1103.07 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as <br />1103.07: PARK DEDICATION: <br />A. Condition To Approval: As a condition to the approval of any <br />land in any zone, including the granting of a variance pursuant <br />1104.04of this Title, when a new building site is created in excess of <br />by either platting or minor subdivision, and including redevelop <br />approval of planned unit developments, the subdivision shall be <br />the Park and Recreation Commission. The commission shall recomme <br />a portion of land to be dedicated to the public for use as a par <br />Minnesota Statutes 462.358, subdivision (2)(b), or in lieu there <br />given to the City to be used for park purposes; or a combination <br />cash deposit, all as hereafter set forth. <br />B. Amount To Be Dedicated: The portion to be dedicated in all re <br />areas shall be ten percent (10%) and five percent (5%) in all ot <br />C.
