Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. Voting and Seating Order: McGehee; Willmus; <br /> Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority (HRA) Report <br /> Mayor Roe announced the upcoming 18th annual Living Smarter Garden Fair scheduled <br /> for Saturday, February 15, 2014, at the Fairview Community Center from 9:00 a.m. to <br /> 3:00 p.m. Mayor Roe noted that this free event had activities available for the entire fam- <br /> ily. <br /> Mayor Roe announced the upcoming "Great Gatsby Gala" at the Ramsey County Library <br /> in Roseville, sponsored by the Friends of the Ramsey County Libraries, scheduled for <br /> Saturday, February 1, 2014, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte provided a brief update on the recent and well-attended Open <br /> House at the Roseville Library, hosted by Metro Transit, with attendees from the Cities of <br /> St. Paul, Falcon Heights and Roseville. Councilmember Laliberte reported a good inde- <br /> pendent discussion between Metro Transit staff and residents, with requests for additional <br /> stops in Roseville made by residents. Councilmember Laliberte advised that she had cop- <br /> ies available, via the City Manager, of summary sheets from that meeting, with Metro <br /> Transit in the process of drafting a comprehensive list of comments heard to-date for dis- <br /> tribution in the near future. At the request of Councilmember McGehee, Councilmember <br /> Laliberte opined hat requests for extending the Bus Rapid Transit line along Highway 51 <br /> (Snelling Avenue) into the TCAAP area was most likely to be considered for future phas- <br /> es as TCAAP developed rather than at this immediate stage. <br /> 5.
