However, there are potential conflicts between the two which will limit the <br />2�_ ability of the Planning Division to allow certain uses from proceeding with development. <br />s�: Therefore, it is suggested that the City Council review and discuss the two definitions below and <br />s� direct the Planning Division to move forward with text modifications in April at the Planning <br />3;� Commission level. <br />3:' PROPOSED AMENDMENTS <br />3=` CMU �COMPREHENSIVE PLAN� LAND USE CATEGORY DEFINITION <br />s�, Communiry Mixed Use areas are intended to contain a mix of complementary uses that may <br />s� include �, residential, office, commercial, civic and institutional, utilitv and <br />s�� transportation, park, and open space uses.
