A pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 25, 2014 in the Council Chambers at Roseville City Half,2660 Civic Center Drive,from 9:30 a.m.to 11:30 a.m. This meeting is mandatory for any respondents who did not attend pre-proposal meetings held on September 19,2013, November 14, 2013 or January 28,2014. Proposal Packages; 'D' (Bridges and Harriet Alexander Nature Center boardwalk), and 'I' (Natural resources and restoration projects), were originally scheduled for the previous January 21, 2014 RFP release. The project due dates for'D'and 'I'have been extended to those listed above and Plan sets for these RFP's will be available February 18,2014. COMPLETION OF WORK:The anticipated work completion time frames are expected to vary for each particular work package. In general, each work package shall be completed in the most expeditious manner possible prior to the anticipated Roseville Parks and Recreation Renewal Program completion date of June 15, 2016(unless otherwise stated in the specific RFP). Please refer to each work package's specific Request for Proposal for particular work completion time frames.
