<br />8. Parking of maintenance vehicle(s) shall occur in an off-street parking space of the <br />parking lot affiliated with the Roseville Professional Building. <br /> <br />9. The color of the antenna, antenna support units, equipment platform, and equipment <br />cabinets shall be ofa similar color (white) to that of the principal structure. <br /> <br />10. This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit <br />has not been issued. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve of <br />the conditional use permit granting A TP Minneapolis a conditional use permit to allow the <br />installation of three wireless communication and an associated equipment platform and cabinets <br />area on the roof of the Roseville Professional Building, 2233 Hamline Avenue North, based on <br />findings and conditions 1 through 10 indicated above. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Mastell, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: Goedeke <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />3 <br />
