<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, February 12,2001, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn and the <br />following were absent: Goedeke. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9864 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AQUIRING TAX FORFEIT <br />PARCEL 02-29-23-11-0036 FOR UTILITY PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Shoreview and the City of Roseville are working together on the <br />reconstruction of West Owasso Boulevard, City Project P-ST-SW-01-09, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as part of the project, the cities are proposing to construct a joint storm water <br />treatment basin to the west of the project site, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a 30 foot wide tax forfeit parcel exists that could be used to connect the road project <br />to the proposed treatment basin, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the estimated cost of this parcel is $2,323.75. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that tax <br />forfeit parcel 02-29-23-11-0036 to be acquired by the City ofRoseville for utility purposes be <br />approved. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Klausing, Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against: <br />none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
