<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, February 26,2001 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Klausing, Maschka, Mastel, Kysylyczyn <br />The following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9868 <br />A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE THE AUAR PROCESS FOR TWIN LAKES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists an approximately 270-acre area in the City of Roseville <br />commonly referred to as Twin Lakes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a Master Plan that has been created for the redevelopment of Twin <br />Lakes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is prudent to conduct an environmental review as provided for in the State <br />of Minnesota Environmental Review Program rules; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AN alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) is the most appropriate <br />form of environmental review provided for in the Minnesota Environmental Review Program for <br />Twin Lakes; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Roseville, <br />that an AUAR be completed for the area shown on the attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Klausing, <br />Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
