(a) The City is not modifying the boundaries of the TIF Districts nor <br /> increasing the budgets in the Tax Increment Financing Plans therefor,but is,however,making an <br /> administrative amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for the TIF Districts. <br /> (b) The City reaffirms the findings previously made with respect to the TIF <br /> Districts. <br /> (c) The Administrative Amendments conform to the general plan of the <br /> development of the City as a whole. <br /> (d) The Act does not require a public hearing on the Administrative <br /> Amendments. <br /> 2. The Administrative Amendments are hereby approved. <br /> 3. The City Manager is authorized and directed to file a copy of the Administrative <br /> Amendments with the Commissioner of Revenue and the Office of the State Auditor. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> councilmember McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten&Roe <br /> and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 2 <br /> 6003190v1 <br />
