<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of February, 2001, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Klausing, Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn and <br />the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9869 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />P-ST-SW-OI-09, NEIGHBORHOOD 18 <br />P-ST-SW-OI-I0, NEIGHBORHOOD 15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 22,2001, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Projects P-ST-SW-OI-091 Neighborhood 18 and P-ST-SW- <br />01-101 Neighborhood 15 and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public Hearings were held on February 12,2001 and the City Council continued the <br />Hearings to February 26, 2001; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on February 26,2001, to consider the proposed construction of Projects <br />P-ST-SW-OI-091 Neighborhood 18 and P-ST-SW-OI-I01 Neighborhood 15 consisting ofthe <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, <br />drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting: <br /> <br />P-ST-SW-OI-09 Neighborhood 18 West Owasso Boulevard, Victoria Street to City Limits <br />P-ST-SW-OI-I0 Neighborhood 15 Josephine Road, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $2,360,112.72 and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now <br />on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and <br />
