He explained additional information about the Commission <br />vacancies was available on the Roseville City website. <br />Approve A�enda <br />Commissioner G� Grefenberg �� moved several � changes to the a�enda included <br />in the meetin�packet. He asked that Item �#6 c2, Rosefest Parade Discussion, be moved up <br />and included *'�° ���°� �* ��r��'°'-`����������. under the Operations Committee Report since that <br />was where the item originated. Next, he asked that under the Program Planning Report �the <br />item Feedback on .Ianuary 1 Sth Community Conversation on a Welcoming Roseville be added �e <br />� as the first item under that committee's re�ort. He <br />requested an agenda item for New Business be added to the agenda �e before Item #7 - Staff <br />Report. Lastly, Item SE should be �corrected to read Human Rights Commission <br />Participation in the MNLeague of Human Rights Commissions, and the a�enda renuinbered <br />accordin�lv. <br />Commissioner Grefenberg moved and Vice Chair Scot Becker seconded a motion to approve the <br />agenda as amended.
