CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1463 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 801.16(B)(8) and ADDING CITY <br /> CODE CHAPTER 802.12(F) <br /> Utility Rate Discount Program Objectives and Eligibility Criteria <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE HEREBY ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1. Purpose: The City of Roseville established City Code Chapter 801.16(B)(8)to allow <br /> for the establishment of reduced utility rates for eligible homeowners. This section is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> 8. Utility Rate Discount: The City Council may establish reduced water and sewer rates <br /> for owner-occupied homes that meet financially need-based criteria as established by the <br /> City Council from time to time. <br /> In addition the following is added to City Code Chapter 802.12: <br /> F. Utility Rate Discount: The City Council may establish reduced water and sewer rates <br /> for owner-occupied homes that meet financially need-based criteria as established by the <br /> City Council from time to time. <br /> Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication. <br /> Passed this 10th day of March, 2014. <br />
