Proposed Stormwater Utility Fee _j <br />Credits <br />• Goal: Encourage property owners to manage stormwater on <br />site to help manage the problems arising from runoff in an <br />urban environment <br />• Eligible practices are: raingardens, porous driveways, dry wells, <br />infiltration trenches, etc. <br />• The city stormwater fee will be a minimum of: 50% on <br />residential properties & 25% on industrial /commercial <br />properties <br />• Credits would be eligible on the areas that are being captured, <br />not total property area <br />• Not eligible on Permitted or Required Practices <br />• Property owner must maintain and certify the project is still <br />functioning as designed <br />
