I have
attended many of the performing arts and sporting events at the university and believe this institution provides a great
service to our community.
I am glad the university is investing in the physical wellbeing of its students, many of whom become Roseville citizens
upon graduation, purchase houses in the community, teach in the local public schools, and work in local businesses.
The lights and the sound from the PA will not bother me as I believe they are part of living next to a vibrant campus. It is
my understanding that with the new lighting technology, along with larger trees proposed along the east exit, I probably
won't even notice the lights. Also, I understand the sound will now be directed towards the east, not the west, which
will have a sound barrier because of the dorms and Snelling Avenue.
1
