Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the special meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and <br /> Seating Order: McGehee; Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. City Manager Patrick <br /> Trudgeon and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority (HRA) Report <br /> Mayor Roe announced upcoming vacancies in various City Council's citizen advisory <br /> commissions, the deadline for application (March 5), scheduled interviews (approximate- <br /> ly March 12) and appointments to start April 1, 2014. Mayor Roe noted vacancies were <br /> available on the City's new Civic Engagement Commission and Finance Commission <br /> (seven openings each); one vacancy on the Human Rights Commission and the Parks & <br /> Recreation Commission respectively; and with the expansion of the Public Works, Envi- <br /> ronment and Transportation Commission by two additional members, a total of four va- <br /> cancies were available.
