As he and I are unable to attend the <br /> special meeting of the Council this evening, I am sending this letter to inform you of my client's <br /> strong support for replacing the current High Density Residential zoning on his property with a <br /> Community Mixed Use zoning category that would provide for greater flexibility in the use of the <br /> property. There is simply not a market at this time for the type of residential development on my <br /> client's property that is envisioned in the HDR zoning, but there is demand for the types of <br /> commercial uses contemplated in some of the CMU zoning categories that we understand are <br /> under consideration. <br /> My client strongly encourages you to continue moving forward with the process of considering <br /> more appropriate zoning categories in the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area and on his property <br /> in particular.
