Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:28 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority (HRA) Report <br /> Mayor Roe announced upcoming vacancies in various City Council's citizen advisory <br /> commissions, the deadline for application (March 5), scheduled interviews (approximate- <br /> ly March 12) and appointments to start April 1, 2014. Mayor Roe noted vacancies were <br /> available on the City's new Community Engagement Commission and Finance Commis- <br /> sion (seven openings each); one vacancy on the Human Rights Commission and the <br /> Parks & Recreation Commission respectively; and with the expansion of the Public <br /> Works, Environment and Transportation Commission by two additional members, a total <br /> of four vacancies were available. Additional information is available at City Hall or on <br /> the City's website. <br /> Mayor Roe announced the upcoming Roseville Police Academy on Tuesdays from <br /> March 11 through April 22, 2014; for registrants 18 years or older, with space limited to <br /> twenty participants. Additional information or applications are available by contacting <br /> the Police Department Communications Coordinator at City Hall. <br /> Mayor Roe announced the opportunity for students in the ten member City consortium of <br /> the North Suburban Commissions Commission to participate in that body's scholarship <br /> program, with an application deadline of April 11, 2014.
